We offer you the 4 most popular types of searches to make sure you act on the best listings before competing buyers. This is especially important in markets with low inventory.
MLS Database detailed search –
Create searches ranging from simple to very customized. Save your search. Enable email or text alerts. You have access to listings from 2/7/1990 until now - 26 years of historical data. That includes all Active, Continue to show, Pending, Sold, Temporarily withdrawn, Withdrawn and Expired Listings. It includes all Condominiums, Single Family Homes, Multi Family Homes, Land, Rentals, Businesses and Commercial Properties. The strength is you have a wide array of property types and the ability to create highly customized searches. The weakness is that Realtors are not very good at spelling so special attention is required to make sure you've searched all the possible spellings of streets, neighborhoods, buildings, schools or zip codes.
Public Record detailed search – Create simple to complex searches. Save your search. Enable email or text alerts. You have access to the public records from 12/15/1933 until now - 83 years of historical data. Searching the public record can be simpler than the MLS record since the State of Hawaii controls 1 spelling for each subdivision, street, project, zip and city. So, for example, if you search on a project name, you are going to get all the search results for that project.
Using the search save feature saves you time. No need to re-create your searches. Just check or tweak the search you've already created.
With saved search you can also receive instant alerts whenver there are new listings, price changes, open houses, status changes or photos added to properties within your sphere of interest. That gives you a distinct advantage over other buyers competing for the same properties.
Our Instant Offer functionality further sharpens your ability to get your offers in quick - before competing buyers. You can create a fully documented offer in a few seconds.
The ability to recognize a good deal and make offers quickly is the key to getting the best deal for the best price.
